Who is Q12 for?
Australian businesses with sensitive information and systems that need improving. We focus on family offices, investment businesses, professional practices and agricultural businesses that need a considered approach to AI and automation.
Do we need to know exactly what we want?
No. The modernisation audit is designed to work that out with you. We speak with the people doing the work, review your systems and data, and give you a prioritised roadmap with clear recommendations.
Will we have to replace all our software?
Usually, no. We prefer to connect and extend systems that already work. If a system creates a security risk or prevents an important improvement, we’ll explain the case for replacing it and scope the migration separately.
Where will our data be processed?
Our planned private AI platform is based on Q12-operated infrastructure in Sydney. For businesses that require processing on their own premises, we can scope a managed appliance. Data locations, access, backups and any external services are agreed for each engagement before implementation.
Are you ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet. ISO 27001 certification is part of our development roadmap. We will publish the certification and its scope once independently awarded. We discuss current controls and requirements directly during discovery.
What does ongoing support cover?
Our ongoing engagement covers the systems we build: hosting, monitoring, maintenance and agreed improvements. Response commitments and service levels are set out in the agreement. General IT helpdesk services are outside our scope.
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. Custom applications, migrations and larger rollouts are scoped as fixed-price projects. We’ll recommend the right starting point during an introductory conversation and explain any ongoing support requirements.
